@robbinb, thank you. I have my cactus and succulent plants outside. Right now I still have this and others under a canopy, as it keeps the sun out of my house. I live in Southern California, so my weather is mild.
Katy, I wish I had a lady version, then I could send you seeds. This is a male. I incorrectly refered to him as "she", but they are distinctly male and female to get seeds. I have my eyes open for finding a female. 💗 @gjones
Hi Janice, I wish I could say it was mild where I live but anything over 80 I now consider hot😁. I have several of my cactus on a table with a cover that gets morning sun from the east. I just sat my lithops out there for now. I did have them inside but wasn’t sure if they were getting enough sun. I really like the baseball cactus and may make a trip out to the Joshua Tree area where I saw one. Loved yours though and the photos were great.
I agree that over 80 is too hot. I have been enjoying our milder temps this last month. Joshua Tree must have lots of fun varieties. His was a gift from a friend who grew it from seed he propagated from his own plants. Do you follow @sushiwaitress? She grows great lithops from seed. 💗
A friend at the #succulentsociety fufilled a #succulent rather high up on my wish list! He grew this #fromseed (he harvested). This is a #male - check out the #stamen . He has promised the female once he has identified one. #euphorbia #euphorbiaobesa #flowering #yellow #succulentsunday
