I live in a complex of units in Brisbane where I have a small courtyard garden. I mostly grow food plants in pots, with a few pretty flowers. 🌹
There's a tiny spider-friend on the open flower.
#nasturtium plants are looking good!
I think I can take the #plantlabel out. Pretty sure I can remember, now. 😜 #nasturtium
What colour ?
@plants mixed. ☺
Healthy nasturtiums, growing well. 😊💖
Nasturtiums take #3. First lot died in a heatwave, second lot died from too much rain. This lot hopefully protected from both. Gotta love #Australia and its weather! 😂
The nasturtium in my garden bed drowned, so I'm trying again in here.
Coming along at its own pace.
First sprout! 😃💖
#nasturtium #first @kittenflower - Thank you for being my 501st follower! I look forward to seeing more of your gardens and plants! 😙
Aww! Thank you, @KariSamuel! ☺
I very rarely grow things that aren't edible, @ukjohnny! 😉
What variety is it? Different shapes leaves to normal ones
@kyleleonard It's a standard tall. ☺
Has it grown much since this photo?
@kyleleonard A little! It has 4 leaves now and they're all bigger. ☺
I just planted a whole bunch of these seeds to replace my poor little nasturtium plants that died during a dry spell when I wasn't well enough to water. Let's see how they do. ☺🌺
Depending upon the seed I sometimes pre-soak mine in a seasol solution to rev up its sprouting process.
