Currently drying basil 😋
What do you do next ? I have soooo much basil
I dry my herbs in the microwave between two sheets of kitchen roll - spurts of 1 minute😀
That's what I done @thomasrat3 without the kitchen roll though just on a plate. 😋
Next I brake it up and fill the entry basil tub after that's filled in going to do the same but bag it and freeze it @charlotte
It was in the microwave about 2 mins or so @charlotte
It must take you ages though - I do a lot more than that at a time🤔
Didn't take too long I just done it while I was cooking tea, done 3 lots this time and 3 lots last week.. the little herb jars full now. I'll just keep doing the same to fill a zippy bag in the freezer every now and then @thomasrat3
