Those are such pretty flowers. One of our succulents (pink earth star) is starting to bloom. Was hoping for something spectacular, googled to see what the flower would be like only to find out it'll be quite insignificant!☹️
Thanks @gjones That's a shame about yours 😮 I like these ones, but I'm not keen on the ones that have a small flower on a long stalk, at least not when they're in individual pots, maybe in a mixed group planting I may prefer them. These seem more 'cactus-flower-like'
The #houseleeks do well enough @jasonsparkes1 but yesterday I took all my tender ones back inside the #greenhouse along with all my #pelargoniums and my #lemon It was only 6C inside there last night so I'm glad I got them in.
@Jasonsparkes1 Try with a couple of the smaller offsets. If they make it then you'll know they'll all do okay. We just have the plain green variety of houseleek. It multiplies easily and survives our winters but doesn't like too much water - we have to plant ours in a very dry and sunny spot!
Not sure Dar, if you swipe you should see another 2 pics, one was a week ago when they were turning redder, and the other is 2 wees ago when I brought them and they were totally green!! All I did was sit the pot outside 😂 @SikoMa
Morning Jason great pic and it's sunny with blue skies here even though it was forecast to pour down till 1oclock I'm not complaining though lol i can get out in the garden woohoo hope it stays bright for you too 😘🤗👍
