chop chop & cut roots too. [3 ft out]willthink it's dying and set buds for next year. has to much nitrogen. needs bloom booster phosphorus.

Must admit I have never pruned this @sadieberg @moore.794 it grows so well I haven’t the heart to chop it about so more than likely my fault Julie @juliesgarden 🤔

You need to prune it back to the framework you have developed to create the flowering spurs, like on a fruit tree @jadojado29 @juliesgarden

as i said has to much nitrogen grows leaves not flowers have to cut back & chop roots 3ft out will stimulate bud development. no compost . phosphorus fertilizer
