Our creative adventure began in 1999, a new house and a bare plot. We took a break from NGS openings in 2021/22 but we’ll be back in 2023!

#foliagefriday The emerging lime green leaves on ‘Gold Heart’ are a joy and I can see some flowers forming, too! #dicentra #dicentragoldheart #limegreen #perennial #mygardentoday 💚

I have to admit that this is in a pot that has been tucked away in a very sheltered spot all winter, so perhaps that’s the reason why it’s got going so early? @mrsflowerpot @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom @KariSamuel @pelly 🤔🤔🤔🤔

It’s mad isn’t it, Christine? We’re in West Sussex and it’s been a very mild winter so maybe that’s why some things are very advanced 🤷🏼‍♀️ @midnightgardener

The ones that are planted in the garden are only just showing signs of new growth so I was amazed to see how advanced this pot grown one is. A lovely surprise though 😍 @cee

Don't despair Iain! I have quite a few in my garden in different positions and aspects. Some are quite advanced and others are hardly showing at all, so wait and watch!!! 👍 @iaindeath
