I love this little tree as the pretty white flowers appear in July which, I think, is quite unusual. For some strange reason it doesn’t seem to have many flowers on it this year even though it looks happy and healthy. Any idea why @melvynprentice 🤔 #hoheria #whiteflowers #mygardentoday

Barbara sometimes there are no obvious reasons. If it's of any consolation the photo I posted the other day of hoheria at clients garden was the same shrub that last year did not flower very well! The leaves look extremely healthy so I should not worry too much. You could feed it with high potash fertiliser (tomorite ) up until late summer @jacaranda 😊

Well Melvyn, I took your advice and fed my Hoheria last year. It’s now covered in buds although I suspect it will be a week or two before the flowers open as everything is so much later this year. I’ll post a photo in due course and tag you! @melvynprentice 😘
