Carex oshimensis 'Everest'

I’ve had one of these in a pot for a few years so I decided to try a couple in the shady area beneath some shrubs close to where the ferns are. On a garden mooch this morning I discovered that, like the ferns, they’ve put on lots of growth and look really happy! #foliagefriday #carex #carex-oshimensis #mygardentoday 💚

@joanboston I didn’t think they’d like being planted in the ground but they’re quite sheltered and well protected by the shrubs around them, which has obviously helped! 👍
