This is really pretty with its many blue flowers!

Thanks so much. Thought I had lost this overwinter but it just took time to show up. 💙💙 @gjones

How pretty that looks right now

Thanks Leslie. Love some blue in the garden. 💙 @lesliecole49

I’ve never seen them with two shades of blue. Their gorgeous!!!!😊💕

Thanks Terri. I think it is the sun shining on them that gives the illusion of two shades of blue. I will have to check and see 👍😊😊 @terrimclaughlin

The flowers are lovely. I've never tried plumago but I've admired it. I don't think it's hardy enough to grow here.

Thanks so much. I think when I got these they said zones 3 to 9. I thought I had lost them but they get a late start. I got impatient I think. 😂💙 @gjones

Thanks for info Diane - I might have to look for one around here😊

#trueblue

Most welcome Katy. They must be called hardy for a reason. 🤷♀️🤞🤞 @gjones

Blues are the best. 💙💙 @emch

Beautiful blue 💙 and finally mine is catching up with yours 😁

Just looked up the hardiness of this one but its a zone 5 so won’t survive here. 😟

Thanks Kerry. Look forward to seeing yours 👍😍 @kez001uk

I am sorry Katy. I was sure my tag said zone 3. I try to get everything zone 3 plus. This year I made an exception when I got my Gaura as it said zone 5 to 9. Now I read on google it is hardy for zone 7 plus. May have to bring it inside. Tags are not reliable at times. Glad you checked that out. ☹️ @gjones

It was worth a try but you’re right -tags aren’t always reliable😊

Yours is way ahead of mine 😜

Weird as it took so long to come up in the Spring. It made up for lost time I guess. 😁 @kez001uk

@hkyfvr all that rain must have helped it along 😜

Had the same plumbago for twenty years, split a few times, now I have seven lovely plants

That sounds awesome. I thought I had lost this. Just planted last fall but took so long to start up. The cold spring did not help. Can’t wait for the blue flowers 💙💙 @niloc

Isn’t it a beautiful sight to see new growth from this 😍 thought I’d lost mine but starting to show new growth 😁

That is amazing Kerry. I thought the Winter had got it. All that was left were dried up twigs. I left them just in case. It took a while but here they are. Hope yours continue to flourish. 💙💙 @kez001uk

Great that they’ve come back. I love blue flowers too 💙💙💙

@hkyfvr sounds like we both had the same experience with this! But at least we know for next year 😉😂

Thanks Jane. Blue is so perfect in the garden. Just adds that certain something. 💙💙👍 @pelly

For sure. We learn new things all the time in the garden 👍😍 @kez001uk

It certainly does 💙

I have this plant for several years. It is a very pretty blue in September. Once it gets established it will start sending underground runners which is not a problem if there’s a lot of space and you don’t mind, but in my garden, it’s spreading to the point where I’m pulling it out because it’s invading all the other plants. So I don’t think you have to worry about it coming back. 😊🌞

Thanks for the info. Will keep my eye on this one. 💙 @sunlovin

Another thing about this plant is that because it is a fall flower, it is last to come up in spring. You will find that with a lot of fall flowers. 😉🌞

Another clearance plant for new garden. Liked the blue. Hope it is a good choice. 🍁💕😊

Loving the colour... it’s going to be a beauty....

Me too. Thanks so much 💜😊🍁 @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom

Fab colour, it looks like a good healthy plant 💙💙💜

Thanks. I am sure it will be. It is hardy for our Canadian climate. 💕🍁 @midnightgardener

Snap 😉 The leaf colours are fantastic aren’t they 😍
They sure are. Seeing yours looking so pretty , I had to post mine too. They look so similar. 🍂🍂💙 @kez001uk
@hkyfvr it’s quite amazing we live so far apart yet our plants are doing exactly the same thing 🤯
I was thinking the same thing. Just seems weird to me. 💙🤷♀️ @kez001uk
@hkyfvr we desperately need a non-weird year 😆
