Hmmm weird Susan @novicegardenlover try a metal nail file and rub it Instead ... I would end of stabbing my self if I tried to nick them.. lol.. I put my seeds in the fridge (I have a mini fridge just for seeds)in a container with rice to keep dry and longer storage as well.. so that might make so.ewhat of a difference..
