I have a love hate relationship with my lithops. It’s too hot most of the year to have them outside here so they live in my south facing window. I love how weird they are and I love the blooms. I also love the whole leaf shedding. I hate that they cause me stress 😅, I hate that they sit there for most of the year and do nothing (the growth is so gradual, you don’t see it except in pictures). But then the magic begins and 🥰.
It definitely helps to narrow things down, so I would wait until then for a more confirmational ID. You can still do a bit a research of the different species though, because most have pretty distinct characteristics besides flowers. Oh, and have you looked up lithops werneri? The one on the left (and on its own in the righthand picture) looks like it could possibly be of that species. https://www.succulentguide.com/cactus/?genus=Lithops&species=werneri
All 3 are dif sizes but each has split once already. #repotted to smaller pot for now the other was to large for just these 3. #livingstones Today i took on a #selfchallenge to #repot #houseplants 1 handed . was funny to say the least. But i did it so thats all that matters. #gome i was only able to do small to some medium ish size #containers.
Ruth @sushiwaitress ive had mine now for 52 weeks the only thing they have done is get thicker and bigger ... How long does it take to split? Or do anything else... Im just surprised they are still alive i basically ignore them but 1 x week give a bit of water.
