Mild black spot disease. Need to spray
These are so incredibly gorgeous... #fabboo
@ausgardentags Hot weather + always raining at night, it’s not easy to grow roses in Central Queensland. Need to spray regularly

I’m on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland and don’t even try to grow roses.
@ausgardentags Thanks 🙏 I’m in Rockhampton.
Pruning day. Take a picture of Ronsard before sending them to the bin.

I found more than 10 buds this morning. Looking forward to spring!
Just lovely 🥰
Pink perfection 🥰
It’s still winter… I’m not sure whether it’s good to have blooms so early.
Do you get frosts?
6-19 degrees. Today I did the winter prune and moved some pots together. It’s time to reduce water and stop fertilisers.

Start to train my climbing roses today. Red and pink Pierre De Ronsard. And start to dig holes to welcome my bare rooted roses.
Tidy up the long weeds around the plant
Wow, all from that one pot!
@lesliecole49 that’s half pot half ground. The ground is covered with big hard rocks. So I cut off the bottom of the pot.
Oh, gotcha! Lol
First spring of my Pierre de Ronsard.
First spring of the climbing rose. As a rose newbie, I have so many things to learn. Happy gardening!
Bloom so slowly…
Waiting for the first bloom of my romantic Pierre de Ronsard!
