Help me identify this plant . I plunked this plant down into this old cream pitcher and onto a pot of random soil. Not sure I'm treating her right. Any #advice for a bright future? ?

Doesn't need too much water, needs good drainage, otherwise can't help I'm afraid 😊

It's a sempervivum. Super tough. Give lots of sun. Little water.
