Theyre perennials Lisa! So yae! I would imagine you could start these from seed. I haven't tried to. The ones I bought yesterday were $2.99 each. I thought that was an excellent price. These are wonderful, hardy plants that need very little care and stand out nice in the garden. @travelgirl25

If you could dig out a piece at the root you'd have one! I have done it and it works. Use a sharp shovel and slice off a piece. Plant right away and water in well. Next year it will bloom for you. @travelgirl25
