I haven't been out to even look at my garden in weeks & weeks. Seems I hurt a little more than I thought when I fell. My beauties in the gardens may have to put themselves to bed this year. Not much autumn left. But they'll be fine 🍁 I took a small wander yesterday and found these happy flowers still blooming 💚

Thank you friends. Had a wake up call my friends. I miss-stepped and tumbled down 6 stairs to concrete sidewalk on Oct 1st. It took a while for things to register, but my joints hate me now and cold makes it worse. Im doing better 💚That said I've gotten very serious about eating right and losing fat which is good for this time of lock down @midnightgardener @treefrog44 @dirtgirlworld @hkyfvr @crabby I take lots of e salt baths and love them 🚿💙

One second can cause so much pain. Try to take it easy. It helps to move so things don’t seize up but don’t push yourself too hard. Epsom baths are great. Feel better 💕💕😊
