I don't know what to do. Can I keep these through winter? Somehow? These are outside and just coming up good 💚 #cardoon

Jeff, thank you for the seed! I guess it took awhile to warm up enough. I had given up on them. I'm so happy! Any advice on how to winter them? @jeatacake

Very welcome Laura. They are hardy here. My original plant from where the seeds came comes back every spring like a herbaceous perennial. I think about- 8C is the worst it's had to face though, so you may be OK 🤞
