Thank you! Not sure of it's origins other than it was outside a dress shop in Portland prior to 2010. Wish I knew more about it @ShelleySnyder @gjones @juliesgarden @hebelover @godfreye @thehardygardener @mardel @crabby58 @hkyfvr

Into the greenhouse it went. We've already had a good freeze or two. I wonder if the brugs could live in there @lesliecole49

The tops may die down but they regrow from the bottom up. As long as the roots don't freeze you should be fine... I have a couple furniture packing blankets I wrap around the pots I put in garage or deck. I group several pots together and wrap them.

I think a good pruning after blooming would be just fine, it can grows to 6ft so if you're looking to keep it tidy and smaller it's a good idea Laura

Thank you @tinaaune it's a little leggy. I'll trim it up a little later. Might be a good potted plant. for $4 I couldn't leave it 😉

And take me with!! That's the bad thing about living in the north, sparse greenhouses and not a one that runs late into the season, this year we closed at the end of June due to being sc old out which is a good thing of course

Come on over. There were 2 more of these. Smaller, for $3. The other nursery I usually go to is bigger. They stock plants that are late bloomers and stay open up to October
