This has been the longest I've ever waited for a plant to start growing. I planted these up in the winter, January I think, and two of them have just started to push out shoots. I think you've grown them haven't you Richard @richard.spicer.7906, how did yours go?

Well that was quicker than mine! 😆 - I planted mine in spring 2019, it’s only just popped up out of soil about 15 months later. I’m a bit worried though as I had three, one hasn’t done anything, one started growing but didn’t produce any roots and it rotted, and my third is growing - about 4-5 inches tall now but still no signs of roots 😳

Isn't it weird Richard? In desperation a while back I had one of mine out of the pot and as you say, no roots. Definitely not a plant if you're looking for quick results 😅 @richard.spicer.7906

Hi Sue, i originally planted mine in a pot probably 2018 it sprouted a few short leaves so next year put it in the ground & had masses of really tall leaves it’s been growing like crazy so 🤞🏻 fingers crossed a flower spike appears this year 🤩😁 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Ah hah, that sounds encouraging @telswirld it's just a waiting game by the looks of things. Whoever gets a flower first between you, Richard and me need to put a photo up 😅

Believe me Sue I’ll be celebrating 🥳🥂🍾😂

Too true, I had no idea it was going to take this long 😂🤔👀 @telswirld

Oh that’s encouraging @telswirld - I certainly don’t think my remaining one is going to get that big this year but hopefully next year then it will grow on 🤞🏼 -
