This is my first #iceberg flower this year and it is perfect. I didn’t think it would flower because all my roses have suffered badly with black spot and have all become so spindly. I also don’t know how to prune them! 🙈 #rose #icebergrose

You won’t need to prune them until March next year, Alison, so you have plenty of time to do some research 🤣😘

Fortunately not as much damage as feared @kez001uk buddleia, bottlebrush and sweet peas been blown about the most. Also thought you might want to know had follow up with consultant following OH op. Confirmed it was cancer in kidney, Stage 3 as it had started to grow out of it but all removed and don’t think any cells broke away (never can tell though hey? 😏) so regular CT scans to monitor over next 5 years. Glad he had the op though and it all removed.

@bluefox23 I’m so sorry to hear it was cancer but what a relief he opted for the surgery and it’s all sorted before you even knew what it was! I hope he’ll make a speedy recovery and great that they’ll keep a check on him too 😁 thank you for telling me. I had been wondering but don’t like to bring it up very often as you must be exhausted by it at times 😐 my best wishes to you both ☺️
