Yep but not home made, I tried some at a plant show thought my tastes may have changed, but as soon as I sniffed it I realised they hadn't but I still drank it and that just clarified I still don't like rhubarb!!
Yes Of course Vivien! Shake 1kg of trimmed rhubarb (2cm pieces) with 400g caster sugar. Add 800ml gin (Aldi gin is great). Shake occasionally until all the sugar is dissolved. Leave in a dark place for a month then strain through muslin & bottle - or drink 😉 @sadieberg
