So... Here's the story 😁 My neighbor (who's not a plant lover at all) had these growing under/around a tree that's on a hill next to his house. He was about to weed with his trimmer and I know what that meant😒... He was going to butcher them like he has in the past 😲 I went and I said "please don't tell me you're going to trim those too?!?!” 😞😔his response was "do you want them?...you could have them" Then I realized I had to walk away 😌... WITH MY NEW BROMELIADS THAT IS!!!!😋😍😍😍

I immediately cleaned it, trimmed off the dead/butchered leaves &potted it😊 My husband put up a hook and I placed it in this #macramehanger I got at a local #fleamarket for $1!!! #savedfromthebutchershands #phew #thatwasclose #closecall #newhome #illtakegoodcareofyou #bromeliad #hanging #loveit
